Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at utesystemsnz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or equivalent consumer protection law in your country, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, items marked as final sale, and products that have been installed, fitted, or show signs of use. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before purchasing.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.
EU and UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable distance-selling regulations. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receives the goods.
